张从正神情学说浅析

现代社会,精神情志类疾病日益增多,医家多从镇静类药物或心理疏通进行治疗,收效甚微,中医对情志类疾病的治疗自古就有,张从正则将以情胜情的情志疗法与攻补相合、以攻为主的药物治疗相结合,灵活配合使用行为疗法、诱导疗法、综合疗法等方法,并首创了"痰迷心窍"致情志病学说,将中医情志理论进一步发展,提出情志病的"九气感惑论"、"七情更相为治",倡导共感疗法,构建和谐医患关系,对现代的精神情志类疾病的治疗具有深远的指导意义。
