高职院校校外实训基地利益相关者及其利益诉求探析

Analysis on the Stakeholders and Appealing of Interest for the off-campus Practice Base in Higher Vocational Colleges

校外实训基地作为作为高职院校校内实训基地的延续与补充,对高职院校办学水平及人才培养质量提升具有非常重要的作用,但校外实训基地发展至今,因种种原因致使其成效并未达到预期效果,文章基于利益相关者理论,从分析校外实训基地利益相关者入手,探讨各利益相关者利益诉求,并提出正确处理各项关系,构建专门校外实训基地组织机构;建立健全相关管理制度,强化责任与服务意识,加强工作的规划化、科学化的利益整合策略。

As a supplement of college training base in higher vocational colleges,off- campus practice base has a very important role on the level and talent training quality improvement in higher vocational colleges. But up to now,due to various reasons,off- campus practice base development leads to the results that haven＇t achieved the desired effect. Based on stakeholder theory,starting with stakeholders off- campus practice base,this paper discusses various stakeholders interests demands,puts forward various relations to build special off- campus practice base organization; establish and improve the related management system,strengthen the responsibility and service consciousness,strengthen the formal work and scientific interest integration strategy.
