高职院校计算机房有效管理与维护实践探索

A Practical Exploration to the Effective Management and Maintenance of Computer Rooms in Higher Vocational Colleges

随着高职院校计算机类大类实践课程的增加,计算机房的管理维护工作已成为各院校教学过程中的重要环节之一。原有的管理模式和维护手段已不能满足新形势下的教学需求,如何依据计算机房日常管理维护的主要内容,通过实践探索出新的管理模式,从管理分流、软硬件维护、完善管理机制、安全管理等方面着手进行管理改革,对有效盘活存量资源,发挥实验教学资源的最大利益尤为重要。

With the increase of practical computer courses in higher vocational colleges,the management and maintenance work of computer rooms has become one of the important links of teaching process in every college. The existing management mode and maintenance methods can not meet the needs of teaching work under the new situation. How to explore new management mode based on the main content of daily management and maintenance of computer rooms though practice,and how to embark on management reform from the aspects of diversion from the management,hardware and software maintenance,improvement of management mechanism,safety management and so on are especially important for revitalizing the stock resources effectively and optimizing the experimental teaching resources of computers.
