大学辅导员家访工作研究——以辽东学院机械电子工程学院为例

Research on Family Visit Work for College Counselor——With Mechanical and Electrical Engineering College in Eastern Liaodong University for example

辅导员家访是现代普通高校与在校大学生家庭联系沟通的重要渠道之一;辅导员家访是目前高等学校学生思想政治教育管理工作的有益延伸。作为辅导员利用寒暑假期家访的契机,一定要与学生和学生家长进行深入沟通,将辅导员家访工作落在实处,同时还要促成学校学生教育管理工作与学生家庭教育上的良性理解与互动。根据多年的辅导员工作经验和多次的家访经历,结合目前教育部、教育厅和辽东学院对辅导员家访工作的要求,提出"三种形式,点面结合"的辅导员家访工作形式;"四个方面,重点引导"的家访工作对象及家访工作内容。

Family visit work of college counselor is one of the important communicative channels between modern regular higher institutions and families of college students. Family visit work of college counselor has beneficially extended ideological and political education in higher institutions. The college counselors must take advantage of winter and summer vacation to communicate with college students and their parents deeply to implement family visit work of college counselor in practice. Meanwhile,we can promote good understanding and interaction between educational management work and college students family education. Based on many years＇ working experience of college counselor and many experiences of family visit work that combined education department with the demands of Eastern Liaodong University,we have put forward working form based on ＂ three modes and the method of integrating point with face＂,the working objects and working contents consisted of ＂ four aspects,the key to guide＂.
