当前我国经济形势对科技创新的影响

The Influence of Economy's Situation on the Scientific and Technological Innovation in China

随着经济全球化和世界一体化进程的不断推进,我国改革开放的力度不断加大,知识经济不断兴起、经济成分开始调整,第三产业也呈现如火如荼发展之势。在这种情况下,保持科技创新,是我国保持繁荣昌盛的重要武器,也是国民经济持续发展的"发动机"。本文先分析当前我国经济形势对科技创新的影响,接着提出一套有针对性的应对措施,希望能起到抛砖引玉的作用。

With the advancement of economic globalization and world integration process,the strength of the reforming and opening- up,the rising of knowledge economy,adjusting the economic composition,the third industry also showed in full development trend. In this case,keeping scientific and technological innovation is the important weapon to keep prosperity in our country,also is the ＂ engine＂ of sustainable development for the national economy. This paper firstly makes analysis to the current economy＇s influence on scientific and technological innovation in China and then puts forward a set of targeted measures,hoping to be able to play the role of the topic.
