体育教学中人文精神的培养路径探赜

On the Developing Path of Humanistic Spirit in the Teaching of Physical Education

体育不但可以促进人类的身体素质提高,而且能够为人类的全方位发展奠定良好的基础与前提,使得人类以更加积极健康的体质状态投入到生活、工作以及学习当中。而体育教学作为体育的重要组成部分,将人文精神教育有效的融入到体育教学之中,对社会发展以及人类发展具有重要的指导意义。基于此,本文在分析加强体育教学中人文精神培养必要性的基础上,深入探究当前我国体育教学和人文精神相背离的现状,最后探讨我国体育教学中人文精神的培养途径。

Physical education,as an important part of physical education,will be effective in the teaching of physical education,and it has important guiding significance to the social development and human development. Based on this,this paper explores the current our country the status quo of sports teaching and the humanities spirit deviating,based on the analysis to strengthen the necessity of cultivating humanism in physical education teaching,explores ways for the cultivation of the humanistic spirit in the sports teaching in China at last.
