摘要
当前普通高等院校在人才培养方面逐渐以"促进学生全面而自由地发展"为最终目标。毕业生踏入社会并从事一定的社会职业,就必须要求大学生具备一定的基本技能和综合素质,其中社会适应性就是关键。目前很多教育用人单位反应大学生就业能力和社会适应性存在很大不足,这些不足主要是由于师范本科类院校在人才培养方面存在的问题所导致的。本文以师范类院校数学师范生为例,探讨如何提高师范类院校本科非师范专业毕业生社会适应性和自身教学能力。
The current normal institutions of higher learning in personnel training have gradually taken " promote students comprehensive and free development" as the ultimate goal. Graduates step into society with certain social professions,it must require the college students to have certain basic skills and comprehensive quality,in which social adaptation is the key. Taking the normal students with the major of mathematics in normal colleges as an example,this paper discusses on how to improve the social adaptability and their teaching ability for the graduates of non- normal major in the normal colleges.
