我国政府购买社会工作服务尚处于起步阶段,对评估主体的研究更是微乎其微。站在国际高度,借鉴先进经验,研究评估主体的现状、界定、准入、发展概况等,并探讨行之有效的、本土化的对策措施,以期建立起完善的政府购买社会工作服务评估体系。

The purchase of social work services for our government is still in its infancy. Research on the subject of the assessment is negligible. From an international perspective,we can learn from the advanced experience. We can research on the present situation,definition,access and development to explore effective localization countermeasures in order to establish a sound government purchase of social work services evaluation system.
