弹性髓内钉治疗儿童长骨干骨折效果分析

Effect Analysis of Elastic Intramedullary Nail in the Treatment of Long Bone Fracture in Children

目的:探讨弹性髓内钉治疗儿童长骨干骨折的临床效果。方法:选取2012年1月-2015年1月在笔者所在医院接受治疗的50例长骨干骨折患儿,将其随机均分为两组,对照组采用一般髓内钉治疗,观察组采用弹性髓内钉治疗,比较两组的临床疗效。结果:两组患者手术时间比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);观察组的术中出血量、骨折愈合时间和住院时间均少于对照组(P<0.05);观察组的并发症发生率为4.0%,低于对照组的24.0%(P<0.05);观察组的优良率为92.0%,高于对照组的80.0%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:在儿童长骨干骨折的治疗中应用弹性髓内钉可有效避免并发症,改善预后效果,提高治疗安全性。

Objective：To investigate the clinical effect of elastic intramedullary nail in the treatment of long bone fractures in children.Method：50 cases of long bone fractures were treated in our hospital from 2012 January to January 2015,they were randomly divided into two groups,the control group was treated with general intramedullary nail,and the observation group was treated with elastic intramedullary nail,the clinical efficacy of the two groups were compared.Result：The operation time of the two groups were compared,there was no significant difference（P〉0.05）.The amount of bleeding,fracture healing time and hospitalization time in the observation group were less than those in the control group（P〈0.05）.The complication rate of the observation group was 4.0%,which lower than 24.0% of the control group（P〈0.05）.The excellent and good rate of the observation group was 92.0%,which higher than 80.0% of the control group,the difference was statistically significant（P〈0.05）.Conclusion：The application of elastic intramedullary nail in treatment of long bone fractures in children can effectively avoid the complications,improve the prognosis,and improve the safety of treatment.
