老年缺血性脑卒中后抑郁干预治疗与神经功能恢复的相关研究

Research on the Correlation between Neurological Function Recovery and Intervention Treatment of Depression in Elderly Patients after Cerebral Ischemic Stroke

目的:分析抑郁干预治疗对老年缺血性脑卒中患者神经功能恢复的影响。方法:选取2014年1月-2015年1月笔者所在医院收治的60例急性缺血性脑卒中患者为研究对象,随机分为研究组和对照组,对照组30例采用常规的治疗,研究组30例在对照组的基础上进行抑郁干预治疗。治疗10周后比较两组神经功能恢复情况及抑郁治疗情况。结果:研究组神经功能恢复及抗抑郁总有效率均高于对照组,比较差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:对缺血性脑卒中后抑郁患者进行抑郁干预治疗能很好的改善患者的神经功能情况并促进其恢复,提高患者的生活质量,值得临床进一步研究。

Objective：To analyze the effect of intervention treatment of depression in elderly patients after ischemic stroke.Method：Sixty cases of acute ischemic stroke patients in our hospital from January 2014 to January 2015 were selected as the research objects,they were randomly divided into study group and control group.Thirty cases in the control group were treated with routine treatment,and thirty cases in the study group were treated with intervention treatment of depression on the basis of the control group.The situation of neurological function recovery and depression treatment of the two groups were compared after ten weeks of treatment.Result：The total effective rates of neurological function recovery and depression treatment of the study group were higher than those of the control group,the differences were statistically significant（P〈0.05）.Conclusion：Intervention treatment of depression for elderly patients after ischemic stroke can improve the neurological function of patients,promote its recovery and improve patients＇ quality of life,which is worthy of further clinical research.
