药物流产不全患者保守治疗与手术清宫治疗的临床效果比较

Clinical Curative Effect Comparison of Conservative Treatment and Curettage Treatment in the Treatment of Incomplete Drug Abortion Patients

目的:比较药物流产不全患者应用保守治疗与手术清宫治疗的临床效果。方法:选择2012年9月-2013年9月笔者所在计划生育服务站收治的96例药物流产不全患者作为研究对象,根据治疗方法的不同分为两组,观察组48例行保守治疗,对照组48例行手术清宫治疗,比较两组治疗后阴道止血时间及临床效果。结果:观察组阴道止血时间明显长于对照组,比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);两组临床治疗痊愈率比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:保守治疗与手术清宫治疗在药物流产不全患者治疗中均有显著效果,但手术清宫治疗在阴道止血上更优,值得采纳应用。

Objective：To compare the clinical curative effect of conservative treatment and curettage treatment for incomplete drug abortion patients.Method：Ninety six incomplete drug abortion patients in our family planning service station from September 2012 to September 2013 were selected as the research objects,they were divided into two groups according to different treatment methods.Forty eight patients in the observation group were given conservative treatment,forty eight patients in the control group were given curettage treatment.The vaginal hemostasis time and clinical effect were compared between the two groups.Result：The vaginal hemostasis time of the observation group was longer than that of the control group,the difference was statistically significant（P0.05）.The difference in the clinical cure rate between the two groups was not statistically significant（P〉0.05）.Conclusion：Conservative treatment and curettage treatment in the clinical treatment of patients with incomplete drug abortion have significant curative effect,but curettage treatment has better effect on vaginal hemostasis,which is worthy of adoption and application.
