承接产业转移过程中的政策激励与外部投资关系研究

Relationship between Policy Incentives and External Investment in the Process of Undertaking Industry Transfer

以我国中西部地区承接产业转移活动为研究对象,采用柯布-道格拉斯生产函数、博弈论探讨产业转移承接地政府如何通过政策激励、人才激励和环境激励来吸引企业投资,并分析三者的关系和作用,得出结论和对策,为产业承接区域提供一定的参考意见。

Chinese central and western regions undertaking the transfer of industries as the study object,it analyzed the government how to attract business investment in this paper through policy incentives,personnel incentive and environment incentive by using the Douglas＇ s function and the game theory. Finally,the relationship and interaction of the three were analyzed,and the conclusions and countermeasures were drawn to provide certain references for the areas of undertaking industrial transfer.
