深化户籍制度改革的研究

Research of Deepening the Reform of Household Registration System

以公共服务均等化和人口自由流动为研究视角,通过分析我国户籍制度改革的成就、问题和原因,分别从落户政策、城市发展、公共服务和户籍制度法治化等方面提出若干对策,同时指出以提高公共服务水平和实现人口自由流动为目标,最终消除城乡差别才是深化户籍改革的制度路径。

Taking the equal access to public service and the free migration of population as research perspective,by the analysis on Chinese household registration system reform achievements,issues and reasons,it put forward some countermeasures to it respectively from settled in policy,urban development,public service and the rule of law,etc. At last it pointed out so as to improve the level of public services and acquire the free flow of population,eventually eliminate the diverses between urban and rural is the system path to deepen the reform of the household registration.
