摘要 为了解当前蚌埠市农村幼儿教师信息素养现状、困境以及探索发展路径,采用问卷调查、现场观察和访谈相结合的方法,对蚌埠市农村地区公办、民办共十所幼儿园的领导和教师进行了调查研究。结果表明:教师的信息素养严重不足,信息意识不强,信息观念比较落后,缺少主动提高信息素养的动力;行政部门的重视程度不够;教师职前和职后的相关培训较少;教师利用信息技术做科研的意识和能力较弱;外部资金支持力度较小,多媒体教学条件匮乏。 To find out the status,predicament and explore the routes of development of the kindergarten teachers' information literacy in rural regions of Bengbu city,it investigated some leaders and teachers in the ten public and private kindergartens with the methods of questionnaire,field observation and interview in the paper. The results showed that there is a serious shortage of information literacy of teachers,administrators and teachers' information consciousness is weak,information knowledge and skills,equipment and resources are relatively short,information concept is backward,and the teachers are lack of initiative to improve the power of information literacy,the administrative departments do not pay enough attention,teachers receive little trainings both before and after career,and most of the teachers have weak consciousness and ability to do scientific research with usage of information technology,external financial support is not enough,and most of the kindergartens still do not have the condition of multimedia teaching.
