优质护理病房护士工作压力源与应对方式的研究 被引量:3

摘要 目的了解优质护理病房护士工作压力源与应对方式,旨在采取有效的干预措施为优质护理病房护士减轻工作压力。方法选取我院2012年6月至2015年6月在职的200名护理人员进行护士工作压力源调查,以不记名的方式发放护士工作压力源调查问卷,对有效问卷进行数据汇总、统计和分析。将200例护士随机分为两组,每组各100例,对照组不进行任何形式的工作压力源应对措施,观察组采取为期3个月的压力干预措施,对护理人员各项情绪及情绪应对方法进行评估。结果经调查护士工作压力源得分最高的为工资及其他的福利待遇低、工作量太大、上班的护士数量少等;观察组情绪干预后SCL-90得分明显优于干预前与对照组(P<0.05);观察组情绪干预后情绪压力应对能力明显优于干预前与对照组(P<0.05)。结论根据优质病房护士压力源的大小及主要压力源的区别,及应对方式的不同,可以通过护士选择积极的应对方式,管理者采取合适措施,来缓解护士的工作压力,提高护理工作效率及护理工作质量。 Objective To understand the sources of work pressure and coping ways of nurses in high quality nursing ward so as to take effective measures to relieve the work pressure. Methods A total of 200 nurses in our hospital from January 2012 to January 2015 were divided into two groups. The control group did not carry out any form of response of work pressure and the observation group received the effective intervention measures for three months. The job stressors scale and coping style questionnaire was performed and the emotional responsewas evaluated. Results The major sources of work pressure of nurses in high quality nursing ward were the low wages and other benefits,too much work and and small number of nurses. CL-90 scores and response capacity to emotional stress after intervention in observation group were significantly better than those before treatment and control group,and the difference was statistically significant( P〈0. 05) b. Conclusion The nursing managers should pay attention to the sources of work pressure and take effective measures to reduce work pressure of nurses in high quality nursing and improve nursing quality.
