摘要 目的:优选八珍颗粒的醇沉工艺。方法:以干浸膏得率及白芍中的芍药苷含量为考察指标,采用正交设计,考察药液含醇量、静置时间、相对密度等对醇沉效果的影响。结果:最佳醇沉工艺为药液浓缩至相对密度为1.15,加95%乙醇至含醇量为55%,静置48h。结论:优化的醇沉工艺简单易行,适用于实际生产。 Objective To optimize the ethanol precipitating technique of Bazhen Granules. Methods The orthogonal design was used to investigate the impact of concentration depositing time and relative density on ethanol precipitation,with the yield of dry extractum and the content of peoniflorin as the effective component in radices paeoniae alba. Results The best ethanol precipitated technique was the relative density of the Liquor to be condensed to1. 15,adding 95% ethanol to 55% of ethanol concentration and depositing 48 hours. Conclusion The optimizing ethanol precipitated technique was simple and practicable,suitable for practical production.
