影响预分解窑系统热效率相关因素的定量分析

摘要 通过分析多份热工标定数据,建立了基于偏最小二乘回归法的预分解窑系统热效率模型。根据热效率模型计算得出:系统散热损失降低1%,热效率将提高0.773%;二次风温每升高100℃,窑系统热效率随之提高0.26%;C1出口废气温度每降低10℃,窑系统热效率将随之提高0.25%。 The thermal efficiency model of PC kiln system based on partial least-square regression was established by the collation of multiple heat process measuring data. It was concluded that the heat efficiency would be increased by 0.773% when the heat loss of the system reduced by 1%. The heat efficiency of kiln system would be increased by 0.26% when the secondary air temperature increased of 100℃. The heat efficiency of kiln system would be increased by 0.25% when the exhaust gas of C1 cyclone decreased 10℃.
