醇胺类物质对矿渣粉磨细度及活性影响的试验研究

摘要 研究了醇胺类物质对矿渣粉磨效果及活性的影响。研究结果表明:各醇胺类物质均有较好的助磨效果,可显著增加磨细矿渣粉中细颗粒含量;三乙醇胺可明显提高矿渣粉3d活性,对28d活性影响不大,三异丙醇胺仅可提高矿渣粉28d活性;改性醇胺(MY-Ⅲ)对矿渣助磨和活性提高的作用最明显,对7d和28d活性均有较大提高。 The effects of different kinds of alcohol amine on grinding effect and activation of slag were studied. The results showed that all of the alcohol amine could increase the content of fine powder and have preferable grinding-help effect. TEA could enhance 3 day activation of slag powder obviously and make only a small contribution to the 28 day activation. TIPA could only enhance 28 day activation of slag powder. MY-Ⅲ had the best effect on aiding grinding and increasing activation,it could enhance both 7 day and 28 day activation.
