摘要
防汛会商系统的设计与应用对实现高效防汛决策,降低洪灾损失,提高水利信息化水平具有重要意义。本文以石佛寺水库防汛会商系统为例,从功能设计、系统建设目标、集成管理技术、系统实现等方面阐述如何建立"全精快"、动态灵活的防汛会商系统。希望本文能为其他工程提供借鉴,将防汛应急工作向科学化、信息化和移动化方向推动。
Design and application of flood control consultation system have great significance to implement efficient flood control decision-making,reduce flood loss,and improve the level of water conservancy informationization. In the paper,Shifosi flood control consultation system is adopted as an example to describe how to establish‘comprehensive,refined and quick＇,dynamic and flexible flood control consultation system in the aspects of function design,system construction goal,integrated management technology,system implementation,etc. It is expected that the paper can provide reference for other projects. Flood control emergency work can be driven to scientific,information-based and mobile direction.
