摘要
水利工程的安全性不仅关系到国家的经济发展,还对周围居民的生命财产安全具有重要影响。水利工程环境风险与社会的经济发展密切相关,合理可行的水利工程环境风险分析是保证水利建设安全开展、顺利进行的保障。本文以新疆维吾尔自治区下坂地水利枢纽工程环境风险分析为研究对象,构建了一套合理的水利工程环境风险模型,提出风险评估的详细计算方法,为类似水利工程的环境风险分析提供了借鉴与参考。
The safety of water conservancy project not only is related to national economic development,but also has important effects on the life property safety of surrounding residents. Water conservancy project environmental risk is closely related to social and economic development. Rational and feasible risk analysis of water conservancy projects is the guarantee to ensure safe and smooth implementation of water conservancy construction. In the paper,Xiabandi Water Conservancy Project environment risk analysis in Xinjiang Uygur Autonomous Region is adopted as research object for constructing a set of rational water conservancy project environmental risk model. Detailed calculation method of risk evaluation is proposed,thereby providing reference for environment risk analysis in similar water conservancy projects.
