提高复杂条件下水闸清水混凝土外观合格率的措施分析

Analysis on measures for improving water gate fair-faced concrete appearance compliance rate under complex conditions

南水沥堤段工程是集防洪、排涝、通航等综合功能于一体的中型水闸工程,工程地处入海口,施工干扰因素多。其外观质量的好坏直接影响整个单位工程的外观质量评定。为此,项目部成立了QC小组,通过集思广义、查找问题、分析原因、确定要因、制定对策、贯彻实施等一系列手段,将外观质量合格率由82.0%提高到93.4%,取得了良好效果。

Nanshuili embankment segment project belongs to a medium-sized sluice project integrating flood control,drainage,navigation and other comprehensive functions. The project is located in the estuary with many construction interference factors. The appearance quality directly affects the appearance quality assessment of the whole unit project.Therefore,the project department sets up QC group. The appearance quality compliance rate is improved from 82. 0% to 93. 4% through drawing on the wisdom of the masses,searching problem,analyzing reasons,determining factors,formulating countermeasures,implementing and executing measures as well as other series means. Good effects are obtained.
