摘要
目的:采用盆栽实验,研究不同种类中药渣有机肥对黄芪的生长及根系结构的影响。方法:实验共设处理组五组,分别为CK组(不加有机肥)、麦芽渣处理组、连翘渣处理组、丹皮渣处理组。结果:不同种类中药渣对黄芪生长均有一定的促进作用,其中麦芽渣处理作用最明显,能够显著性(P<0.05)地提高黄芪地上部分和地下部分鲜重、株高和根粗;与对照组相比,麦芽渣处理组能显著提高总根长、总根投影面积以及根尖数。结论:中药渣有机肥能促进黄芪植株的生长,究其原因之一可能是中药渣有机肥能改善黄芪的根系结构,提高对土壤养分和水分的吸收,从而促进植物的生长。
Objective: A pot experiment was conducted to evaluate the effects of different types of herb residue organic fertilizer on Astragalus membranaceus growth and root structure. Methods: The five groups of treatment were CK group( without organic fertilizer), malt slag group,forsythia slag group and Moutan Cortex slag group. Results: Different types of herb residue had a positive effect on A. membranaceus growth,malt slag group was the most obvious group,and it can significantly improve fresh weight,stem length and root width of A. membranaceus; and the malt slag group can significantly improve the total root length,total root projection area and number of root tips more than the CK group. Conclusion: Herb residue organic fertilizer can improve A. membranaceus growth,one reason might be herb residue organic fertilizer could improve the root structure of Astragalus,promot plant growth for improving the soil nutrient and moisture absorption.
