基于经济学角度分析中医儿童保健服务业发展

Analysis on the Development of Chinese Medicine Child Health Care Service Industry Based on Economics

目的通过调查广州市越秀区社区卫生服务中心(以下简称"中心")中医儿童保健服务项目开展情况和服务项目成本,为政府进行社区公共卫生项目成本控制、财政补偿管理、人员绩效考核等提供参考依据。方法采取随机抽样方法抽取广州市越秀区18家中心,通过问卷调查、现场调查和收集工作记录等方式调查实际开展的中医儿童保健服务项目和相关财务数据。结果全部中心开展中医儿童保健康复项目,服务项目的开展率为100%;采用中医保健管理模式进行干预的亚健康儿童,其转归率高于未展开该项目之前;中医儿童保健项目在家长中受到欢迎。结论中心提供家长与孩子易于接受、项目种类多、成本比较低廉的公共卫生服务。实施中医儿童保健管理是提高中心公共卫生服务社会效益和经济效益的较佳途径。

Objective Through the investigation of the development of children health care services and Service project cost in Yuexiu district community health service center（abbreviated as＂center＂） of Guangzhou City, provides reference basis for the government to carry out the cost control,financial compensation management,personnel performance appraisal and so on. Methods In order to investigate the actual development of the Chinese medicine child health care services and related financial data,investigators took random sampling method to extract 18 centers in Yuexiu District,Guangzhou,with the way of questionnaire survey,field investigation and collection of records,etc. Results All centers carried out traditional Chinese medicine children＇s health rehabilitation project,with the 100% of development rate of services for the project. In addition,children were intervened by Chinese Medicine Health care management model and the turnover rate was higher than that before the project was launched. Chinese children health care project was popular in the parents. Conclusion The center provides the parents and children with the public health service, which is easy to accept,has many project types,and relatively low cost. Implementing the management of child health care in traditional Chinese medicine is a better way to improve the social benefit and economic benefit of the central public health service.
