预防性输尿管置管在腹腔镜下子宫全切中的应用36例临床分析

Clinical Analysis of Laparoscopic Total Hysterectomy in the Application of Preventive Ureteral Catheter for 36 Cases

目的总结分析预防性输尿管置管在腹腔镜下子宫全切中的应用价值,为患者的预后提供参考。方法本次研究选取2014年2月~2015年7月接收的72例子宫全切患者,随机分为观察组和对照组,每组36例,观察组在子宫全切术之前采用预防性输尿管置管,对照组直接进行子宫全切术,比较分析两组患者的相关指标。结果在手术时间以及并发症发生率方面,观察组优于对照组（P〈0.05）,差异具有统计学意义。结论对于腹腔镜下子宫全切患者采用预防性输尿管置管不仅可以缩短手术时间,同时还能降低患者的并发症发生率,促进患者的预后,减少手术对患者术后生活的影响。

Objective To summarize value of preventive ureteral catheter in the application of laparoscopic total hysterectomy,which provide important reference for the prognosis of patients. Methods This study selected 72 patients from February 2014 to July 2015 with laparoscopic total hysterectomy,randomly divided into observation group and control group,36 cases in each group. The observation group adopted preventive ureteral catheter before laparoscopic total hysterectomy,the control group directly underwent laparoscopic total hysterectomy. Comparative analysis of two groups of patients with related indicators. Results In terms of operation time and the incidence of complications, observation group was better than that of control group（P〈0.05）. Conclusion For patients with laparoscopic total hysterectomy adopt preventive ureteral catheter can not only shorten the operation time,at the same time also can reduce the incidence of complications of patients, promote the prognosis of patients,reduce the effect of surgery for patients with postoperative life.
