选择性激光小梁成形术治疗硅油填充继发青光眼的疗效评价

Therapeutic Effect of Selective Laser Trabeculoplasty in Treatment of Secondary Glaucoma Due to Silicone Oil Tamponade

目的本文主要对选择性激光小梁成形术治疗硅油填充继发青光眼的临床治疗效果进行研究探讨。方法随机选取我院采用选择性激光小梁成形术治疗硅油填充继发青光眼的患者25例,术后观察患者激光并发症、眼压和联合降眼压药物使用情况。结果在经过选择性激光小梁成形术的治疗后,出现眼睛轻度胀痛的患者3例,而出现轻度结膜充血症状的患者为3例,平均眼压由(23.74±3.09)mm Hg降至治疗后的(19.18±2.41)mm Hg,说明此种治疗方法疗效好。结论选择性激光小梁成形术是一种有效的方法,对于患者病眼的恢复十分有益。

Objective In this paper,the effect of selective laser trabeculoplasty in the treatment of secondary glaucoma due to silicone oil filling is studied. Methods Randomly selected 25 patients in our hospital with selective laser trabeculoplasty for silicone oil tamponade secondary glaucoma,observed intraocular pressure and complications in patients and postoperative IOP drugs. Results After selective laser trabeculoplasty, of 3 patients with eyes mild pain,and 3 cases of patients with symptoms of mild conjunctival hyperaemia,mean IOP by（23.74±3.09） mm Hg dropped after treatment（19.18±2.41）mm Hg,the curative effect is good. Conclusion Selective laser trabeculoplasty is an effective method, which is beneficial to the recovery of the patient＇s eye.
