摘要
目的系统地分析对肺癌疼痛患者行癌痛规范化治疗的实际价值。方法选取我院收治的80例肺癌疼痛患者,结合临床随机表法将其平均地列入观察组与对照组。对照组行常规治疗,在对照组基础上,观察组行癌痛规范化治疗。结果治疗后,观察组疼痛评分为(4.5±1.2)分,低于对照组疼痛评分为(6.7±1.5),观察组满意度(92.5%)高于对照组满意度(77.5%),对比差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论对肺癌疼痛患者行癌痛规范化治疗能够有效地缓解患者的病痛,提高其满意度。
Objective Systematic analysis of the actual value of standardized treatment in lung cancer pain patients. Methods Selected our hospital 80 cases of lung cancer pain patients,combined with clinical random table method were devided into observation group and control group. The control group used routine treatment,observation group based on control group used standardized treatment of pain. Results After treatment,observation group of pain score for（4.5±1.2）,lower than that of the control group pain score for（6.7±1.5）and observation group of satisfaction rate（92.5%）is higher than the control group（77.5%）,the differences were statistically significant（P〈0.05）. Conclusion In patients with lung cancer pain for standardized pain treatment can effectively relieve the pain of patients and improve their satisfaction.
