预防产后出血治疗中卡前列甲酯栓的应用效果研究

Study on the Application Effect of Carboprost Methylate Suppositorites in the Treatment of Postpartum Hemorrhage

目的探讨卡孕栓应用在产科预防产后出血的效果。方法比较卡孕栓(卡孕栓组,n=200)、催产素(催产素组,n=200)、卡孕栓联合催产素(联合组,n=200)预防产后出血的效果。结果联合组预防产后出血效果优于卡孕栓组与催产素组(P<0.05),而卡孕栓组也优于催产素组(P<0.05)。结论卡孕栓预防产后出血有满意的效果,若能联合催产素预防产后出血,则效果更佳。

Objective To investigate the effect of carboprost methylate suppositorites in prevention of postpartum hemorrhage. Methods Comparison of carprost（carprost group,n=200）,oxytocin（oxytocin group,n=200）,carprost combined with oxytocin（combination group,n=200） to prevent postpartum hemorrhage of the effect. Results The combination group was better than the prevention of postpartum hemorrhage than carprost group and oxytocin group（P〈0.05）,while carprost group was better than oxytocin group（P〈0.05）. Conclusion Carprost preventing postpartum hemorrhage have a good effect,if combined with oxytocin to prevent postpartum hemorrhage,the effect is more pronounced.
