探讨炎琥宁联合α干扰素治疗小儿急性上呼吸道感染的临床效果

The Clinical Curative Effect of Yanhuning Combined With Interferon Alpha in the Treatment of Acute Upper Respiratory Tract Infection

目的探析急性上呼吸道感染患儿通过炎琥宁、α干扰素联合治疗的有效性。方法将我院收治的122例急性上呼吸道感染患儿分成两组,对比分析临床治疗效果。结果观察组临床症状改善时间少于对照组,观察组治疗总有效率高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论急性上呼吸道呼吸道感染患儿通过炎琥宁、α干扰素联合治疗可获得理想的治疗效果。

Objective The effectiveness of interferon alpha and ] Yanhuning for acute upper respiratory tract infection were analyzed. Methods In our hospital of 122 cases of acute upper respiratory tract infection children were divided into two groups,comparison and analysis of clinical therapeutic effect. Results The clinical symptoms of observation group improved significantly less than the control group,the total efficiency of the observation group was significantly higher than the control group（P〈0.05）. Conclusion Acute upper respiratory tract infection in children with Yanhuning and alpha interferon by combined therapy can obtain ideal curative effect.
