摘要
目的探析药物合并心理治疗对癫痫患者情感障碍的临床效果。方法随机将癫痫合并情感障碍患者84例分为两组,对照组行单一药物治疗,而观察组在此基础上,再联合心理治疗,对比两组疗效。结果两组疗效比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论临床上给予癫痫合并情感障碍患者药物联合心理治疗,效果理想。
Objective Analysis of clinical effect of drugs combined psychotherapy in patients with epilepsy combined affective disorder. Methods Epilepsy randomly combined affective disorder of 84 patients divided into two groups,the control group underwent a single drug treatment,and on the basis of control group,and then combined with psychotherapy,comparing the two groups. Results Difference between the two groups was statistically significant（P〈0.05）. Conclusion Administering clinical epilepsy patients with affective disorders combined drug and psychotherapy,the results are satisfactory.
