小剂量糖皮质激素与肿节风联合方案治疗原发性血小板减少性紫癜的临床效果分析

The Clinical Effect Analysis of A Small Dose of Glucocorticoid and Sarcandra Regimens in the Treatment of Immunologic Thrombocytopenic Purpura

目的探讨小剂量糖皮质激素与肿节风联合治疗原发性血小板减少性紫癜(ITP)的效果。方法选取我院治疗的120例ITP患者为研究对象,分为研究组60例(小剂量糖皮质激素+肿节风)、对照组60例(小剂量糖皮质激素),比较两组患者治疗效果和血小板变化。结果研究组病情控制率高于对照组,经比较,P<0.05,差异有统计学意义。结论小剂量糖皮质激素联合肿节风能够提高ITP患者血小板数目,改善病情。

Objective To discuss the effect of small dose of glucocorticoid and sarcandra regimens for the treatment of immunologic thrombocytopenic purpura（ITP）. Methods 120 cases with ITP were selected as the research cases in our hospital. They were divided into study group（small dose of glucocorticoid combined with sarcandra,n=60）and control group（small dose of glucocorticoid,n=60）,the clinical effect and the change of platelet were compared between the two groups. Results In the study group,the disease control rate was higher than the control group,after comparison,P〈0.05,there was significant difference. Conclusion A small dose of glucocorticoid combined with sarcandra can significantly increase the number of platelets for the patients with ITP. It can improve the condition.
