妇产科门诊阴道不规则出血治疗探究

Study on the Treatment Methods of Vaginal Irregular Bleeding in Obstetrics and Gynecology Clinic

目的探究在妇产科阴道不规则出血应用中西医结合疗法的价值。方法选择我院妇产科门诊收治的80例阴道不规则出血患者,结合临床随机表法将其平均地列入观察组与对照组。对照组行常规西医治疗,在此基础上,观察组加用中医疗法。结果治疗后,观察组的治疗有效率为92.5%,对照组的治疗有效率为77.5%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论在妇科阴道不规则出血的治疗中应用中西医结合疗法安全有效,可普及。

Objective To explore the application in obstetrics and gynecology vaginal irregular bleeding of the value of combined traditional Chinese and western medicine therapy. Methods The outpatient of obstetrics and gynecology hospital treated 80 cases of patients with irregular vaginal bleeding,combined with the clinical random method divided into observation group and control group. The control in line of conventional western medicine treatment,the observation group based on this added with TCM therapy. Results After treatment,the observation group of treatment effective rate was 92.5%,the control group treatment effective rate was 77.5%,the difference was statistically significant（P〈0.05）. Conclusion In the treatment of gynecological vaginal irregular bleeding in application of combined traditional Chinese and western medicine therapy are safe and effective,and can be widespread.
