数字化钼靶摄影中微钙化的形态与分布在早期乳腺癌诊断中价值研究 被引量:2

摘要 目的探究对乳腺癌早期患者施行数字化钼靶摄影检测时的微钙化特征,评估诊断效果。方法选择本院接受诊治的乳腺癌早期患者53例,采取数字化钼靶摄影设备对其实施诊断,进而评估诊断情况。结果 53例患者中,钙化分型为:21例细颗粒型、17例混合型、12例导管型、3例粗颗粒型。经测量,钙化灶直径〉1 mm有3例,直径在0.5~1.0 mm有31例,直径〈0.5 mm有19例。结论借助数字化钼靶摄影检测乳腺癌早期患者的微钙化特征,能为疾病诊断提供重要依据。 Objective To study patients with early breast cancer for the purposes of micro calcification features and evaluate the diagnostic effectiveness of digital mammography detection. Methods Chosed 53 patients with early breast cancer in the hospital for treatment. Taking digital mammography diagnostic equipment to its implementation in order to assess the diagnosis of the situation. Results 53 patients,the calcification type as follows,21 cases of fine particle type,17 cases of mixed type,12 cases of catheter type,3 cases of coarse particle type. After measuring,calcification diameter 1 mm in 3 patients, 0.5 ~ 1.0 mm in 31 cases,〈 0.5 mm in 19 patients. Conclusion Through digital mammography to detect breast cancer early research micro calcifications characteristics of the patient,can provide an important basis for the diagnosis of disease.
