预防性围术期麻醉管理对老年手术患者麻醉并发症的影响

The Effect of Prophylactic Perioperative Anesthetic Management on the Complications of Anesthesia in Elderly Patients Undergoing Operation

目的分析预防性围术期麻醉管理对老年手术患者麻醉并发症的影响。方法将我院收治的92例实施手术麻醉的老年患者作为对象进行随机分组研究,各46例。常规组实施常规围术期麻醉管理,观察组于常规组基础上实施预防性围术期麻醉管理。统计两组患者麻醉并发症发生率。结果两组患者均未出现死亡;常规组患者麻醉并发症发生率高于观察组,两组差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论对老年手术患者实施预防性围术期麻醉管理,可有效降低其麻醉并发症的发生率。

Objective To analyze the effect of prophylactic perioperative anesthesia management on the complications of anesthesia in elderly patients undergoing operation. Methods Research on random grouping of 92 cases of elderly patients in our hospital were implementation of surgical anesthesia as object,46 cases in each group. Routine perioperative anesthesia management in routine group,Observation group based on the conventional group in the implementation of preventive perioperative anesthesia management. Results There were no deaths in the 2 groups. The incidence of anesthesia complications was higher in the routine group than in the observation group,the difference was significant between the two groups（P〈0.05）. Conclusion Implementation of perioperative anesthetic management in elderly patients,can effectively reduce the incidence of anesthetic complications.
