硬膜外麻醉和腰-硬联合麻醉应用于剖宫产中的比较研究

Comparison of Epidural Anesthesia and Combined Spinal Epidural Anesthesia in Cesarean Section

目的比较分析硬膜外麻醉和腰-硬联合麻醉应用于剖宫产中的效果。方法随机将2013年5月~2015年10月到本院行剖宫产手术的65例产妇分为A组33例和B组32例,A组采用硬膜外麻醉,B组采用腰-硬联合麻醉,对比两组麻醉效果。结果与A组相比,B组麻醉效果总有效率高,显效时间短,平均动脉压低,低血压发生率高（P均〈0.05）;两组新生儿Apgar评分对比差异无统计学意义（P〉0.05）。结论在剖宫产术中采取腰-硬联合麻醉,起效快且镇痛效果优,安全可靠,可优先使用。

Objective To compare the effect of epidural anesthesia and combined spinal epidural anesthesia in cesarean section. Methods 65 cases of maternal cesarean section were divided into 33 cases of group A and 32 cases of group B,the group A was given epidural anesthesia,group B combined spinal epidural anesthesia,compared the effect of two groups of anesthesia. Results Compared with group A,group B of the anesthesia effect and the total effective rate is high,the short effective time,mean arterial blood pressure,hypotension rate was higher（P〈0.05）. Two groups of neonatal Apgar score of difference had no statistical significance（P〈0.05）. Conclusion Take combined anesthesia in cesarean section,work fast and has great analgesic effect,is safe and reliable.
