摘要 目的探究医疗器械清洗应用ATP生物荧光检测法的效果。方法选取2015年3~9月由消毒供应中心提供的人工清洗和机械清洗后的医疗器械,基于ATP生物荧光检测法对其进行检测,对相对光单位值(RLU)进行测定,对器械清洗质量进行评价。结果医疗器械总共400件,354件合格,其合格率为88.5%。基于不同清洁方式和不同类型下,对比清洗合格率,差异具有统计学意义(P〈0.05)。结论应用ATP生物荧光检测法对医疗器械清洗质量进行检测,效果优。 Objective Explore the effect of medical equipment cleaning application of ATP bioluminescence assay. Methods From March to September 2015,provided by the central sterile supply manual cleaning and mechanical cleaning of medical instruments,based on ATP bioluminescence assay for the detection and the relative light unit values(RLU) were measured,on equipment cleaning quality were evaluated. Results Medical equipment a total of 400 pieces,354 pieces of qualified the qualified rate was 88.5%. Based on the different cleaning methods and different types,the qualified rate of cleaning contrast,the difference with statistical significance(P〈0.05). Conclusion The detection of quality of medical equipment cleaning and application of ATP bioluminescence detection method has significant effect.
