摘要
目的研讨临床脑供血不足头晕患者的护理效果。方法抽取2011年2月~2014年2月脑供血不足头晕患者84例,将其分成观察组与对照组各42例。对照组采用常规护理;观察组采用护理干预。结果观察组头晕发生频率与持续时间均低于对照组（P〈0.05）;焦虑、抑郁改善情况优于对照组（P〈0.05）;治疗依从性优于对照组（P〈0.05）;满意度高于对照组（P〈0.05）。结论护理干预应用于脑供血不足头晕患者,可有效降低头晕发生频率与发作时间,减少患者焦虑、抑郁情况,提高患者满意度,促进患者康复。
Objective To study the clinical nursing of patients with cerebral insufficiency dizziness effect. Methods From February 2011 to February 2014,84 cases of patients with cerebral insufficiency dizziness,divided into observation group and control group of 42 cases. The control group with routine nursing,and the observation group received nursing intervention. Results Observation group of the dizziness occurred frequency and duration time were significantly lower than those in the control group（P〈0.05）. And anxiety and depression improved better than control group（P〈0.05）. Treatment compliance was better than that of the control group（P〈0.05）. Satisfaction rate was higher than that of the control group（P〈0.05）. Conclusion Nursing intervention can effectively reduce the frequency of dizziness and attack time,reduce anxiety and depression of patients,improve patients＇ satisfaction,and promote the rehabilitation of patients with dizziness.
