摘要
目的探究子宫瘢痕妊娠患者介入治疗的围手术期护理要点。方法选取我院收治的50例子宫瘢痕妊娠患者,进行随机分组,分为对照组和观察组,每组25例,对照组进行常规护理,观察组给予围手术期护理,对比两组患者的护理效果。结果观察组住院时间、血h CG恢复正常时间低于对照组,P<0.05。结论为子宫瘢痕妊娠患者进行围手术期护理,护理效果良好。
Objective To study perioperative nursing points of Interventional treatment for uterine scar pregnancy patients. Methods Selection of 50 patients with uterine scar pregnancy in our hospital,they were randomized divided into control group and observation group,25 cases in each group. Control group used routine nursing care,observation group was given perioperative care,compared two groups of patients nursing effect. Results Observation group with length of hospital stay,returned to normal blood h CG time were significantly lower than the control group, P〈0.05. Conclusion Perioperative nursing for patients with uterine scar pregnancy,nursing effect is remarkable.
