冠心病伴焦虑抑郁的健康教育心理疏导分析

Analysis of the Health Education and Psychological Counseling in Coronary Heart Disease Associated With Anxiety Depression Patients

目的系统地探究在冠心病伴焦虑抑郁患者中应用健康教育以及心理疏导的实际价值。方法选取80例冠心病伴焦虑抑郁患者,随机均分为观察组与对照组各40例。对照组行常规护理,在对照组基础上对观察组行健康教育以及心理疏导,观察两组患者的护理效果。结果护理后,观察组焦虑评分是(43.2±1.9)分,抑郁评分是(37.9±2.9)分,满意度是97.5%,对照组焦虑评分是(61.2±2.1)分,抑郁评分是(55.4±3.4)分,满意度是80.0%,差异均有统计学意义(P均<0.05)。结论在冠心病伴焦虑抑郁患者中应用健康教育以及心理疏导能够有效地缓解患者的焦虑、抑郁情绪,提高其满意度。

Objective To explore effect of the health education and psychological counseling in Coronary heart disease associated with anxiety depression patients. Methods Selected 80 cases of coronary heart disease（CHD）patients with anxiety depression,were divided into observation group and control group randomly. The control group used routine nursing, on the basis of the control group,the observation group used health education and psychological counseling,then to observe the nursing effect of two groups of patients. Results After nursing,the observation group of anxiety score was（43.2±1.9）points,depression score was（37.9±2.9）points,the degree of satisfaction was 97.5%. The control group of anxiety score was（61.2±2.1）points,depression score was（55.4 ±3.4）points,satisfaction was 80.0%,the difference had statistical significance（P〈0.05）. Conclusion The application of health education in patients with coronary heart disease associated with anxiety,depression and psychological counseling can effectively alleviate the patient＇s anxiety,depression,improve their satisfaction.
