摘要
目的研究肝移植术后围手术期常见并发症的护理措施。方法选2014年2月~2015年2月在我院接受肝移植手术治疗的的患者42例,对其相关并发症采取针对性的护理干预,观察患者术后围手术期并发症发生情况以及护理前后心理状态变化情况。结果手术成功率为100.00%,42例患者围手术期共发生并发症66例次,主要为出血、感染、急性排斥反应、急性肾功能衰竭、胆道并发症,其中42例患者经过对应的护理措施均治愈或好转,未出现死亡;本组患者护理前存在抑郁、焦虑情绪,护理后患者心理状态有改善。结论肝移植术后围手术期并发症较多,需对患者采取针对性的细致护理,改善患者的心理状态,提高生存质量。
Objective Nursing care of perioperative complications after liver transplantation is studied. Methods 42 cases of patients who received liver transplantation in our hospital from February 2014 to February 2015 were selected,took appropriate nursing interventions related to its complications. postoperative complications as well as mental state before and after nursing were ananlyzed. Results Surgical success rate was 100.00%,complications of 42 patients perioperative occurred 66 cases. To hemorrhage,infection,acute rejection,acute renal failure,biliary complications,42 patients after corresponding nursing measures were cured or improved,no death. This group of patients before treatment about depression,anxiety,post-treatment patient＇s mental state had improved significantly. Conclusion After liver transplantation patients have many perioperative complications,need to take meticulous care to improve the patient＇s mental state,improve the quality of life.
