急诊科实施预防性护理对急诊输液的影响研究

Study on the Effect of Preventive Nursing Intervention on Emergency Infusion in Emergency Department

目的探讨实行预防性护理对急诊中输液的影响。方法选取我院需急诊输液的患者120例,并随机分成观察组和对照组,每组各60例。观察组使用预防性护理方法,对照组则采用一般性护理,比较两组护理结果并分析影响因素。结果观察组患者的心理状态、护理满意程度和安全性意识高于对照组,两组数据差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论实行预防性护理,有效控制急诊输液的过程中的不确定因素、提高患者的满意程度、减少患者的不良反应。

Objective Analysis of the impact of preventive nursing in emergency transfusion. Methods Selected emergency transfusion patients, 120 cases and acroding to the preventive nursing were divided into observation group and control group,each group of 60 people. Observation group used the preventive nursing methods,control group adopted the general nursing, compared nursing results of two groups and analyze the influencing factors. Results The psychological status of patients and nursing satisfaction and safety consciousness were significantly higher in observation group than control group,two groups of data are statistically significant（P〈0.05）. Conclusion Implementing preventive care in the process of emergency infusion of uncertain factors and improve the patient＇s satisfaction,reduce the patient＇s adverse reaction.
