探讨护理干预对减少气管镜活检出血风险的影响

The Effect of Nursing Intervention on Reducing the Risk of Bleeding in Endoscopic Biopsy

目的探究护理干预措施应用于气管镜活检中对降低患者出血风险的影响。方法本次研究选取我院234例实施气管镜活检的患者作为研究对象,根据临床给予的护理方案的不同将所有患者随机分为两组,其中对照组采用常规护理措施,试验组则采用护理干预措施进行护理。护理结束后,对两组患者的出血情况进行对比分析。结果护理治疗后,试验组中有29例患者出现明显出血症状,所占比例为23.4%,剩余患者均为轻微出血;对照组中有42例患者出现明显出血症状,所占比例为38.2%,剩余患者均为轻微出血,两组患者均未出现大出血症状,且其差异有统计学意义,P<0.05。结论对实施气管镜活检的患者采用护理干预措施能有效的缓解患者的出血症状,降低出血风险。

Objective To explore the effect of nursing intervention on reducing the risk of bleeding in patients with endoscopic biopsy. Methods This study selected 234 cases in implementation of bronchoscopic biopsy of patients as the research object,all patients were randomly divided into two groups. Patients in control group were treated with routine nursing measures,the experimental group was used nursing intervention nursing. After the end of nursing,the bleeding of the two groups were compared and analyzed. Results After nursing,the test group of 29 cases of patients with significant bleeding symptoms,the proportion of 23.4%, remaining patients were minor bleeding.In the control group, 42 cases of patients with significant bleeding symptoms, the proportion was 38.2%, remaining patients were minor bleeding. Patients in the two groups there were no massive bleeding symptoms and the difference was significant, P〈0.05. Conclusion Nursing intervention can effectively relieve the bleeding symptoms and reduce the risk of bleeding in patients with tracheal mirror biopsy.
