摘要
目的探讨全程健康教育模式在糖尿病护理管理中的应用效果,为临床提供参考。方法选取我院2012年2月~2015年9月100例糖尿病患者,随机分组,全程宣教组患者以全程健康教育模式开展各项护理工作,常规护理组患者以常规健康教育开展各项护理工作。观察两组患者护理满意度、健康知识达标率、血糖达标率、遵医依从性。结果全程宣教组护理健康知识达标率、血糖达标率、遵医依从性均比常规护理组高,数据经χ2检验,差异有统计学意义(P〈0.05)。全程宣教组自我概念分值、自我护理技能分值、自我责任感分值、健康知识分值显著比常规护理组好,差异有统计学意义(P〈0.05)。全程宣教组患者满意率比常规护理组高,差异有统计学意义(P〈0.05)。结论全程健康教育模式在糖尿病护理管理中的应用效果确切,有助于提升糖尿病患者护理满意度、遵医依从性、健康知识达标率、血糖达标率,促进其自我管理能力的提高。
Objective To explore application effect of the whole health education model in the management of diabetes care,provide reference for clinical. Methods Selected our hospital 100 cases of diabetic patients from February 2012 to September 2015,randomly assigned,the whole mission groups to carry out all nursing health education model,patients with routine nursing group to carry out all nursing routine health education. Observed two groups of patients with nursing satisfaction,health knowledge success rate,blood sugar success rate,according to the medical compliance. Results The whole mission group of nursing health knowledge success rate,blood sugar success rate,according to the medical compliance were higher than routine nursing group,data by χ2 test had statistically significant difference(P〈0.05). The whole mission self-concept score,nursing skill score of sense of responsibility,health knowledge score was significantly better than conventional nursing group,the difference was statistically significant(P〈0.05).The whole mission group of patients satisfaction rate was significantly higher than routine nursing group,the difference was statistically significant(P〈0.05). Conclusion Health education model in the management of diabetes care,the application effect is exact,help to improve diabetes care satisfaction,improve the medical compliance,health knowledge success rate,blood sugar success rate,and the self management ability.
