摘要
目的探究康复护理在锁骨沟钢板固定治疗锁骨远端骨折中的应用效果。方法将我院2011年1月~2016年1月收治的70例行锁骨沟钢板固定治疗的锁骨远端骨折患者随机分为对照组及研究组各35例,对照组接受常规护理,研究组接受康复护理,比较两组患者应用效果。结果研究组护理满意度91.4%,高于对照组80.0%,且骨折愈合时间、日常生活能力、运动功能相比较,差异均具有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。结论康复护理可作为护理优选方案。
Objective To explore the effect of rehabilitation nursing in the treatment of distal clavicle fracture. Methods From January 2011 to January 2016,70 cases of clavicular ditch plate fixation for the treatment of distal clavicle fracture patients were randomly divided into control group and study group with 35 cases in each. While the control group received the routine nursing care,the study group accept rehabilitation nursing,compared two groups of patients＇ efffect. Results The research group of nursing satisfaction 91.4%,was higher than the control group 80.0% and the fracture healing time,the daily life ability,the movement function for comparison,the difference was statistically significant（P〈0.05）. Conclusion Rehabilitation nursing can be used as a preferred plan.
