摘要
本文通过对油液跟踪检测数据及风力发电机组在线监测到的风速、油温等数据收集,利用最大值、平均值计算方法进行齿轮油优化分析,结果显示:提高油液润滑水平是保障风力发电机组齿轮箱设备安全高效运行,降低维护费用的有效方法。
This paper has collected test repot of oil and the data of wind turbines and oil temperature,and analyzed the optimization of gear oil by maximum and average calculation method.The results show that it is an effective way to protect the gear boxes of wind turbine safe and efficient operation and reduce maintenance costs that enhancing the lubrication of gear oil.
