煤泥锅炉电除尘气力除灰系统优化 被引量:1

摘要 针对煤泥、煤矸石电厂电除尘及气力除灰系统故障率高的问题,根据实际运行状况和关键部件损坏的具体情况,进行数据分析,通过技术改造和运行管理,对系统进行优化。增设压风机、干燥机和自动排水装置,在满足气力输灰系统用气量的前提下,提高压缩空气的质量;采用耐磨系能强的材质代替原输灰弯头,并将输灰母管弯头设计成可拆卸式耐磨弯头,提高弯头的耐磨能力同时提高检修质量;对损坏量较大的进出料阀门更换为密封、耐磨性能强的双闸板阀;对电除尘供电控制系统优化升级,对振打方式进行改造,提高电除尘的运行质量;对锅炉受热面进行改造,提高电除尘进口烟气温度,减轻电除尘内部元件的腐蚀情况。通过系统优化,实现了较好的社会效益和经济效益。 This paper analyses the high failure rate problem of electrostatic precipitator(ESP) and pneumatic ash removed system at power plant fueled by coal slime and coal mine waste according to the actual operating conditions and damage of key components,and discusses the handling measures to optimize the system.These handling measures including improving the quality of compressed air under the premise of adequate gas consumption through the additional of air compressors、dryers and automatic drainage device;using strong wear-resistant materials replacing the original ash pipeline elbows,and making the main pipe elbows detachable to raise the wear-resistance and repairing quality;replacing fuel conveying valves with double gate valves of high tightness and wear-resistance;improving the operating quality of ESP by upgrating the power control system and reforming the rapping method;reducing the corrosion of inner components of ESP by reforming the heating surface of boilers and increasing the intake air temperature of ESP.Through the above means of system optimization,we have gained better social and economic benefits.
