摘要
分析了保德神东发电有限责任公司2×480t/h CFB锅炉SO_2排放不达标的原因,研究了该锅炉入炉煤质和石灰石特性,制定并完成了炉内脱硫系统改造。系统改造后经山西省环境监测中心站监测表明:两台锅炉炉内脱硫效率均达到90%以上,SO_2排放浓度均在100 mg/Nm^3(O_2=6.0%)以下,满足国家环保要求。
The purpose of this paper is to analyzes the reason why the emission concentration of SO_2 of Baode Shendong 2×480t/h CFB boilers fails to meet the industry requirement,studies the characteristics of the coal and limestone used in boilers and provide the suggestions how to resolve them.The above improvements conclude good performance.Both boilers have achieved 90%desulphurization efficiency,emission concentration of SO_2 has been kept under 100 mg/Nm^3(O_2=6.0%).
