摘要 在中国风电连续四年翻番高速发展的大好形势下,风电发展较快的地区首先遭遇到风电消纳能力不足的市场"瓶颈",如何摆脱风电发展市场"瓶颈"束缚,促进中国风电健康发展成为国内外关注的焦点;与此同时今年年初华中、华东地区所遭遇的煤电油气紧张也引起了广泛关注。本文分析了中国能源问题以及能源资源与市场逆向分布特点,以酒泉风电基地为例,研究探讨了大规模风电与火电联合外送的经济性、合理性,得出了风电火电打捆特高压外送是解决大规模风电市场瓶颈的有效途径。 The installed capacity of wind power has been doubled for the forth year in a row.In this excellent situation,the market bottleneck is encountered that wind power and electricity can not be adequately consumed, especially in the fast developed districts.It is a focus at home and abroad to get rid of the constraints of market bottleneck and promote the healthy development of wind power industry.At the same time,it was a common concern that East and Middle China suffered severely from the lack of coal,petroleum,gas and electricity.This paper,taking JiuQuan Wind Power Base as an example,analyzes the energy problems and the inverse distribution of energy resources and demand in China,researches the economy and rationality of transmission of combined electricity generated from wind and thermal in large scale.The conclusion is that the transmission of combined electricity generated from wind and thermal in large scale via ultra high voltage technology is an effective way to solute the market bottleneck in wind power development.
