摘要
发电机是火电厂三大主设备之一,其运行状况直接关系到电厂的安全、经济,发电机运行过程中定子绕组铜损和少量的铁损所产生的热量全部由定子冷却水带走,定子冷却水流量保护系统的可靠性与准确性直接关系到机组的安全稳定运行。本文结合邹县发电厂2×1000MW机组定子冷却水保护回路优化方案的建立过程和实施效果进行分析,对其他电厂能够提供有益的参考。
As one of the three main equipments in the power plant,the operation condition of generator affects the safety and economic of the power plant.The heat produced by copper loss and small amounts of iron loss in operation of the generator stator are adsorbed by the stator cooling water.The reliability and accuracy of protection system on stator cooling water discharge directly influences the safety and stable operation of the unit. By introducing the of establishing and implementing effects of optimization scheme on stator cooling protection circuit in 2*1000MW units in Huadian ZouXian Power Plant,some experiences are provided for reference.
