摘要
本文较为详细的探讨了邹县电厂超超临界N1000-25/600/600汽轮机本体精细化检修方案和检修工艺,通过介绍为从事汽轮机本体检修的技术人员详细了解东方-日立联合生产的1000MW机型检修特点提供了依据。以便更好的为汽轮机本体日常维护以及加强大修的标准化、程序化。本方案提高了汽轮机检修效率和检修质量,确保了机组长周期安全稳定运行。
This paper discussed in detail the accurate overhaul program and workmanship on the main body of N 1000-25/600/600 ultra-supercritical steam turbine in Zou Xian power plant.Technical staffs,who are engaged in the turbine main equipment overhaul,could learn about the overhaul characteristics of 1000MW units produced by DFSTW-Hitachi.It is much better for the daily maintenance main equipment of turbine.Meanwhile,standard and procedure of overhaul can be strengthened.This project has improved the overhaul efficiency and quality of steam turbine and proved the long period safe and steady operation of units.
