摘要
针对华能海门电厂2号机组在第一次接近满负荷运行时,汽轮机发生了汽流激振,短时间内导致振动大跳机事故,从超超临界汽流激振特点,日立预防汽机激振设计准则、实际激振影响因素、防止治理几个方面予以分析、讨论,对于同类百万机组调试具有较大的参考价值。
During the first 168 running close to full load of unit 2 of the Huaneng Haimen Power Plant,the turbine steam-flow exciting vibration occurred within a short time and lead to turbine-trip accident.From the aspects of the ultra-supercritical steam-flow exciting features,Hitachi prevention of steam turbine excitation design criteria, the actual excitation of the factors the solution was analyzed and discussed,which has great reference value for the same debugging in 1036 MW units.
